Hey, just checking in here as we are still in Blogtember, and I do have posts sitting in my draft box waiting to be tweaked and published. For the last couple of days, I have been struggling with my mental health, which I’m happy to share and talk about at some point when I feel up to it. Recently there have been a lot of recurring emotions and that awful stuck feeling which I absolutely detest. I’m trying to do the littlest of tasks and give myself time to rest, recuperate and get my energy levels back up.

For anyone reading this who is also struggling with their mental well being, there is a website which has registered therapists from around the country (UK) who provide different types of treatments, and offer sessions via online or face to face.
In Malaysia I am aware of: MIASA Malaysia (Mental Illness Awareness & Support Association)
Always best to go through your doctor as a first point of contact.
