Leading up to the festive season, I had seen quite a few UK-based content creators on my IG feed sharing gorgeous party dresses; and designer bags all rented from various stores in London, which then prompted my curiosity and led me down the google rabbit hole in search for Rental Dress services here in Kuala Lumpur, and to my surprise, there are a number of them dotted in and around Kuala Lumpur.
Now, the pro is there are numerous rent-a-dress stores and online platforms to choose from, depending on what you are looking for: the con is the dress sizes are limited, especially when It comes to the larger, curvy gals like myself, which sadly is no surprise in this part of the world, nevertheless, I believe there is still value in sharing this blog post, as it will hopefully help take the hassle out of looking for that super cute, potentially sparkly, flowy, stand out, likely to wear once dress and bonus, you save money in the long run and wardrobe space!
Kittie Yiyi is a Malaysian designer from whom you can shop her products online, and now of recent, you can rent selected items from her collection. The rental pieces are quirky and artsy; this is for the ladies who like an eclectic, fun look.
